  • orders are processed Monday - Friday between 9am and 5pm
  • once an order has been placed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email and it will be processed within a 24 hour timeframe on our end

  • once your package has been collected by Sendle or Australia Post, you will receive another email with a tracking number which you can use in Sendle's parcel tracking page or Australia Post's parcel tracking page to check the progress of your order
  • we offer free domestic standard shipping for all orders
  • we offer a domestic flat express shipping rate of $20 for all orders
  • we now ship to New Zealand and offer an international flat standard shipping rate of $30 NZD for all orders
  • depending on your location within Australia, shipping can take anywhere between 2-14 business days. For a more detailed estimate, please refer to Sendle's instant postage calculator or Australia Post's postage calculator. If your order hasn't been delivered according to the expected timescales, please do not hesitate to email us directly at or message us using our contact form
  • depending on your location within New Zealand, shipping can take anywhere between 7-21 business days.
  • PLEASE NOTE: if you have accidently mistyped the shipping address we can modify these details for you provided your order has not already been shipped. Unfortunately, Sendle does not offer a redirection option once the parcel is in transit to its destination. Click here to find out why. Because of this, we're unable to modify your order details at this stage. It is absolutely crucial that you provide us with the correct address as we are unable to retrieve it once it is in transit



oh no! Have you decided that your product is simply not for you? That is completely fine. We offer full refunds and exchanges subject to the following conditions with proof of purchase:

  • you must initiate the return by contacting us (via direct email to or by using our contact form) and placing your product in the post within 30 days of receiving it;
  • all items must be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise an exchange or store credit will be issued;
  • items must be returned undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging (if you are returning a faulty item then we will ask for photo evidence of the damage prior to you return shipping it);
  • you will be required to provide the personal details that you used when submitting the order;
  • we accept no responsibility for return shipping costs beyond our 30 day guarantee (unless you are returning a faulty item in which case we ask that you provide a proof of the return shipping costs);
  • we accept no responsibility for lost or damaged products during transit;
  • PLEASE NOTE: individual items purchased within a bundle are only exchangeable and not refundable. We can only provide a full refund of the entire bundle. This is to avoid people taking advantage of our terms of service. 

how long does it take for my full refund/exchange to be processed?

this partially depends on the courier or shipping method that you choose when returning your product. Upon receiving your order, you will have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us to initiate the return of that product and place it in the post. Once it is received on our end, we'll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within 3 business days after receiving them into our warehouse. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it can take several business days for them to process the refund into your account, or onto your card. 

for product exchanges, we request that you email us with the style that you would like instead when you are initiating the return of your current product. Once it is received on our end, we will inspect it and notify you by email of our decision on whether it follows our return policy. If it is cleared then we will ship your new product by Sendle or Australia Post.
